How does implementation work?+

Two weeks of discovery to map the funnel, the handoffs, and the silent failures inside the operation. We agree on the first system to install and the success metric. Build runs for 2–4 weeks depending on scope, integrated directly into your existing stack — your CRM, your calendar, your comms tools. Two weeks of post-launch tuning are bundled in. No platform migration required.

What platforms do you integrate with?+

Whatever you already use. Common integrations: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, GoHighLevel for CRM. Cal.com, Calendly, Acuity, Google Calendar for booking. Slack, WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, email, SMS for conversation channels. Stripe, GoCardless for billing flows. If your tool has an API, we can sit on top of it.

How long does setup take?+

Discovery is 2 weeks. JamStart engagements ship in 2–3 weeks after that — single system, single channel. JamGrowth ships in 4–6 weeks for the full multi-channel stack. JamElite engagements are 6-month embeds where systems roll out in phases, first system live within 4–5 weeks.

Do you provide ongoing optimisation?+

Yes — every engagement has a weekly optimisation loop. We watch the system in production: where conversations drop off, where qualification thresholds need tuning, where automation drifts. Adjustments ship every week. Most systems improve their core conversion metric by 15–25% from the first month to the third.

Is this actually custom-built, or templated?+

Custom. We share a substrate — the agent runtime, the pipeline orchestration, the CRM-memory layer — but every system is shaped to the actual funnel, channels, and bottlenecks of your operation. We do not resell SaaS, we do not licence a no-code template. If you stopped working with us, the system stays yours, hosted in your stack.

Do you replace our team?+

No. We replace the manual seams — the inbox watching, the DM triage, the appointment shuffle, the follow-up reminders. The system frees operators to do what only humans can: judgement, relationships, edge cases.

What happens after the engagement ends?+

The system stays running in your stack. You own it. We offer an optional retainer for ongoing optimisation, or you can take it in-house — the build is documented and your engineers can extend it. We do not lock you into a platform.

Can you start with a smaller pilot?+

Yes — that's what JamStart is for. One system, one channel, four-week build. We use it as a proof-of-leverage before scoping a larger engagement. If the pilot doesn't hit the agreed metric, we don't pitch you to scale.
